EDITORIAL

Welcome to my website! This presentation is a selection of my photojournalistic work since the year 1989. With the photos that can be seen on the following pages I want to tell stories. Stories that I experienced: True stories, unforgettable and emotionally moving stories. Stories that maybe invite people to reflect. The majority of the shown photos have been taken in areas in which people have to fight for their survival every day. The appeal of working as a photojournalist is to meet those people: I get to know and value them through the lens, win their confidence and sometimes I am even allowed to enjoy their hospitality.
